By subscribing to a Spicy Studios membership, you're locking in your monthly hours at a discounted rate. Here's what to know before you sign up:

Membership Access

Membership provides access to the gym floor and studio spaces for your selected monthly hours. Hours can only be used in one session and can't be split across multiple bookings.

Minimum Term

All memberships run for a minimum of 3 months from your first payment date. You can't cancel before this period ends.

Auto-Renewal

After your 3-month minimum, your membership automatically renews monthly until cancelled. You'll continue to be charged and receive hours each cycle unless you let us know otherwise.

Booking

All sessions must be booked in advance via the Spicy Studios online booking system. Bookings are subject to availability, and peak times may require early booking. Members may bring collaborators or clients within agreed limits.

Monthly Hours & Usage

Hours are allocated per calendar month and refresh on your billing date each cycle. Unused hours do not roll over and can't be banked or transferred to a future month. Additional hours beyond your membership can be booked at the standard hourly rate.

Payment & Billing

Membership is billed automatically each month to the card on file. If a payment fails, your access may be paused until payment is resolved.

Cancelling or Rescheduling a Session

Booked sessions require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session and its hours.

Cancelling Your Membership

Once your 3-month minimum term is up, you can cancel your membership anytime by contacting us directly, we'll confirm your final billing date and access period.

Conduct & Use of Space

Members must respect studio equipment, facilities, and other members, and follow all studio health, safety, and equipment guidelines at all times. Spicy Studios reserves the right to suspend membership for misuse of the space or facilities.

Liability

Members use the gym and studio at their own risk. Spicy Studios is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal equipment, props, or belongings. Access to the top mezzanine is not allowed as there is no handrail.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to update membership pricing for new sign-ups. Existing members on an active plan will be notified in advance of any changes to their rate.

Security Camera Notice

Security cameras are installed at the front door, in the gym, and upstairs at Spicy Studios GC for security purposes only. Cameras are motion-activated and record only when triggered, they are not continuously filming. No cameras are located in changing areas or anywhere privacy is expected, and footage is not used to monitor or capture individual sessions. Footage exists solely for the security and safety of the space, and is never shared, viewed for general monitoring, or used for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

Spicy Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

Termination by Spicy Studios

Spicy Studios reserves the right to terminate a membership for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
