Booking

Full payment is required to secure booking. Any photography add-ons must be approved and paid for before hire date.

Studio Use

The booked time includes set up and pack down (e.g. for a 10-11am one hour booking, the client must arrive at 10am and be packed up by 11am). No refunds will be issued if client is late.

Animals are allowed for pet specific shoots. Please specify upon booking.

Equipment & Damages

Client is responsible for all equipment and props. Any damage will be invoiced at replacement cost.

Lighting equipment is available for hire at an additional cost.

Full length paper backdrops use will incur an additional fee.

No shoes on the cyc wall if possible and no standing on the curve.

Cleaning & Setup

Client must return the studio in the condition it was found. Cleaning fee of $50 applies if left messy.

Cancellations

Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. Rescheduling possible once with 24+ hours notice.

Liability

Spicy Studios is not liable for any injuries, damages, or lost property during studio hire.

Usage Rights & Content

The Client retains ownership of all content produced during the session unless shot by in-house photographer.

The Studio Owner may request permission to repost or share content for promotional purposes with written approval.
